So, the Emerson Mixtape was recorded on the day of nightlife protest in Groningen, The Netherlands.

What was most special about it, was having filmed footage from all over the city of Groningen and adding that, including some sounds from that footage, in the mixtape.

Also, second angles were used whenever people started filming with their phones.

This mix of footage and this mix of sounds, made for a great recording of a moment in time.
